Michael S. Hahn
President & Chief Executive Officer and Director

Immediately prior to joining Pacific Coast National Bank, Mr. Hahn was employed by Union Bank of California (as Coastal Business Banking Center Manager), overseeing Commercial Banking in South Orange County and North San Diego County for 21 banking offices. While at Union Bank of California, Mr. Hahn acted as Chairman Richard Hartnack's Advisory Board Chairman for eighteen months. Mr. Hahn's banking experience has been primarily focused on the administrative and credit functions of a branch and business-banking center. He also has a strong understanding of operations and financial accounting.

Mr. Hahn also opened the second de novo office for Temecula Valley Bank in Fallbrook, California as Senior Vice President and Manager. He was subsequently hired back by Union Bank of California to re-open and expand their Business Banking Office in Oceanside, California.

Mr. Hahn was raised in San Diego County, California, and received a B.S. degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands.

David L. Adams
Executive Vice President & Chief Lending Officer

Mr. Adams brings over 30 years of business banking and real estate finance experience to the Bank. He began his career as a real estate appraiser for Mercury Savings in 1977. Mr. Adams received his formal credit training with Bank of America in the early 80’s and progressively advanced into management positions with institutions such as; Imperial Bank, Downey Savings, and Vineyard Bank. He also spent 5 years as Director of Development/Finance for Baker Ranch Properties, an Orange County-based land development firm. Mr. Adams received his B.A. in Economics and Business Administration from Point Loma Nazarene University with an advanced certificate in Light Development & Construction Mgm’t from UC Irvine. He serves on the Board of Directors of the South County Boy’s and Girl’s Club and is active with the 5 on Five Youth Basketball Academy in San Juan Capistrano. Dave resides in Dana Point with his wife, Janis and son, Drew.

Terry A. Stalk
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Immediately prior to joining Pacific Coast National Bank, Ms. Stalk was Senior Vice President and Director of Strategic Planning for Hawthorne Savings. Prior to that, she was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for American International Bank, and Pacific Western Bank. Ms. Stalk's banking experience has been focused primarily on the financial, managerial and the strategic administrative functions of business banking and branch operations. Terry has achieved success in developing and implementing business plans, budgets, managing bank operations, and creating and employing treasury plans. She is a dedicated business leader with a high level of integrity and demonstrated abilities to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Ms. Stalk was raised in San Diego, California. She has a strong understanding of financial accounting and attended the University of California, San Diego. She has 30 years of distinguished banking service - 15 years of which has been in the county of San Diego.

Dennis "Denny" C. Lindeman
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Lindeman is a Certified Financial Planner, and has spent the last 14 years providing business planning and comprehensive financial planning services to closely held business owners, executives and their families throughout Southern California. Mr. Lindeman's first career of twenty years as a U.S. Marine predominantly involved assignments in operational planning and command. He retired as a Lt. Colonel. Mr. Lindeman has had significant corporate governance experience - having served on a variety of boards in the capacity of President and Director (incl. as President of the North County Fire Protection District, as a member of the Fallbrook Village Rotary Foundation, the Fallbrook Chamber of Commerce, the Palomar College Foundation and the Foundation's Finance and Investment Committee). Mr. Lindeman received a BA in Economics, and an MBA in finance from U.S. International University. He has lived in Fallbrook for the past 18 years.

Colin M. Forkner
Vice Chairman & Secretary of the Board of Directors

Mr. Forkner recently retired as Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of California First National Bank. He has 40 years of commercial banking experience and has held senior executive management positions with Security Pacific Corporation, Bank of California, and Northern Trust Bank of California.

Mr. Forkner is an active alumnus and Director of The Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management, Claremont Graduate University. He completed the Graduate School of Financial Management, Stanford University Graduate School and earned a degree in Economic Theory from Claremont Men's College.

Thomas J. Applegate
Director

Mr. Applegate is a partner with the public accounting firm of CEA, LLP, and has been actively engaged in the public accounting industry for the past 24 years. He has been licensed as a certified public accountant by the State of California since May 1981. A California native, Mr. Applegate is a graduate of San Diego State University. He has served on the faculty of Palomar College and National University and currently serves as an advisory director of the boards of two large private companies. Mr. Applegate is an active member of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary International, California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North County Estate Planning Group of San Diego.



Michael V. Cummings
Director

Mr. Cummings has primarily served as a banking consultant since April 2000. Prior to that, he served in executive managerial (mostly credit-oriented) positions for 15 years with Manufacturers Bank, Southern California Bank, and the Bank of California, among others. He intends to lend his substantial loan-related expertise to the credit function of the proposed Bank (e.g., managing ALLL, refining loan policies, etc.) Mr. Cummings has lived and/or worked in the proposed Bank's market area for over 20 years.

Fred A. de Boom
Director

Mr. de Boom is a managing partner in the merger and acquisition consulting firm, Sonfad Associates. Sonfad Associates is a Los Angeles-based investment banking firm that is involved in mergers and acquisitions, private debt and equity placements, strategic and financial business planning, leveraged buy-outs and ESOP funding, bank debt refinance, asset based and lease financing, and equity for debt restructuring. Prior to that, he served six years as the V.P.-Mgr. for Tokai Bank's Pasadena office and in a similar capacity for Union Bank during the eight year period preceding his time at Tokai. Mr. de Boom's banking career was mostly oriented toward loan underwriting and branch administration. Since 1995, Mr. de Boom has been a San Clemente resident. Mr. de Boom received a B.A. from Michigan State University and an M.B.A.-Finance from the University of Southern California.

David Johnson
Director

Mr. Johnson is V.P.-Finance and a major stockholder of Affinity Medical technologies, LLC. Prior to that he spent six years as the Chief Financial Officer, and then President and a Director of First Plus Bank in Tustin, CA. Mr. Johnson is a licensed but non-practicing Certified Public Accountant. As a partner in the RSM McGladrey firm (1973-91), he audited financial institutions. Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Minnesota. He has been a resident of Yorba Linda, CA since 1982.

Denis Hugh Morgan
Director

Mr. Morgan is a registered civil engineer and a licensed general contractor in the states of California, Florida and Nevada. He was the former President/CEO of "Pacific 17" until Alcoa acquired it in November of 2001. He has been investing in the real estate market since 1989, and is currently investing in and developing multi-family units in California, Arizona and New York. His volunteer activities include service as Finance Chairperson for the United Negro College Fund (San Diego), as corporate sponsor to the Urban League, Neighborhood House, NAACP and several other organizations that provide educational, housing, and financial support to the community. He attended the University of Guyana, receiving an HTD in Civil Engineering 1973, and a B. ENG in highway engineering in 1975. He also attended the City University of London in 1978, where he received a M.Sc. in structural engineering.

Jack Vuona
Director

Mr. Vouna is a Partner of Bentson & Vuona, LLP. Mr. Vuona has worked extensively with closely held companies in the areas of financial, manufacturing, distribution, service and construction industries. Previous experience includes a position of Sr. Manager with McGladrey & Pullen and Partner of Gillespie, Lefevie, Lokietz & Vuona. Mr. Vouna is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Escrow Accountants Institute of California. He currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, California with his wife and two children. He is a native of Massachusetts, graduating from Babson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He completed his Masters of Science degree in Taxation at the University of Southern California. Based upon Mr. Vuona's extensive accounting background and education he is considered our "Financial Expert" and will serve as Chairman of the Bank's Audit Committee.
